Bobina’s career sprang to life in Moscow in 2004 and for over 10 years now he’s been at the forefront of the global electronic / trance music scene, charting in the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs Poll no fewer than eight years to date and performing on many of the world’s biggest stages. As one of the few DJ’s that made the DJ Mag Top 100 polls in 2016 (alongside icons like Armin van Buuren, Andrew Rayel, Dash Berlin and Aly & Fila), there’s no doubt Bobina is still leading at the front of the progressive trance scene.

It was Bobina’s studio productions that first brought him global recognition and he already had five critically acclaimed artist albums to his name before the sixth arrived in April 2016, the epic ‘Speed Breaker’ on Magik Muzik which featured hit singles such as the vocal smash ‘Love Is The Answer’ with Kyle Richardson, ‘Music Box’ (ASOT Radio Tune Of The Week), ‘Addicted’ feat. Natalie Gioia and ‘Winter’.

Bobina’s previous long player ‘Same Difference’ in 2013 featured collaborations with Andrew Rayel, vocalists Ana Criado and Susana and dominated both radio waves and club floors with singles such as ‘Angel Of The North’, ‘Quattro 372’, ‘Sacramentum’ and ‘For Who I Am’. Moving into 2014, Bobina released several club bangers including ‘Refuge’ and ‘Crunch’ (with Vigel) which got support from many A-List DJs from Pete Tong and Nicky Romero through to Armin van Buuren and Paul van Dyk.

2015 saw the release of Bobina’s ‘#Uplifting’ album based on 138BPM remixes of various Bobina tracks. His name was represented strongly in the singles charts once again with key releases including the uplifting trance number ‘Flying Kitten’ and the progressive ‘Maharaja’ on Magik Muzik. The biggest project is still to come however, with an autumn date scheduled for the eagerly anticipated sixth artist album to be released on Black Hole Recordings.

Over the years Bobina has also carefully honed his craft as a remixer, adding his golden touch to artists as diverse as Linkin Park, Lana Del Rey, Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten and Supermode (Axwell & Steve Angello) for leading labels such as Ministry of Sound, Armada and Black Hole.

As a DJ Bobina has been a main fixture at many of the biggest festivals on the planet including the likes of A State Of Trance, Global Gathering and Trance Energy, plus leading club brands such as Ministry Of Sound, Zouk and Avalon across all corners of the globe. He was one of only a few DJs to be handpicked by Tiësto to support him on his ‘In Concert’ world tour, while also headlining his own Bobina solo events in Moscow’s legendary Gaudi Club.

Every week dance fans stay tuned to the latest Bobina sounds and the best from the world of trance and progressive in Bobina’s ‘Russia Goes Clubbing’ radio show. Broadcast around the world through the ‘Digitally Imported’ platform and various FM stations globally, ‘Russia Goes Clubbing’ is a weekly snapshot of the music that matters.
